Our client is looking for a Director, Human Resources to work within an exciting Human Resources department. This position is responsible for coordinating and directing the provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs to Firm clients in the following areas: recruiting; employment and compliance; employee orientation, training and development; policy development and documentation; and employee relations. This position will direct the Firm’s Support Services Department.
A law degree and 5-8 years experience in pertinent legal practice or regulatory compliance, including design, development, and implementation of compliance programs, training and monitoring tools, and drafting of policies and procedures.
