Hi Kevin,

I signed up a couple weeks ago and no response yet. An old recruiter from an old firm told me contracts are now 10 layers deep. What is 10 deep? If a IBM contract is 50.oo per hour, CIBER take s 10 leaving 40.00, Ciber cant find anyone to fill it so he goes to hundred of other agencies. A company InfoYuk cant find anyone either but tells InfoYuk he knows another company who knows someone.

Soon 10 companies are taking money out of the 50.00 per hour and then they offer the person who does the real work for 5.00per hour. Fair? Hell No! The system is broken and IT cost is high. Must run! But the systems is totally broken and all these middle men need reported. Why? 8 out of 10 fingers in this case could be the same person or family.

The Chicago Tribune is going broke because the mob has invisible people collecting pay-checks who never ever showed up for work....but they do collect he check.

This is why Congress thinks the cost is high in the US when this 10 layer deep thing is a security risk.
I worked on classified project that had three Communist employees on board, all seeking DoD Clearance. One actually had clearance but bragged how he learned to fool the FBI to get it. The FBI's technique is too obvious and the spies learn from them.

I got a question for you....Do you know who owns this web site? I get so many calls from the deep subs at the 10nth power and I'm getting tired of it.

Dig this typical call I received yesterday:

Caller: Hello Mr JP?
JP: yes?
Caller: I see your resume on ClearanceJobs.com and your DB2 skillsets are very impressive...What rate are you seeking?
JP: In the Atlanta region I'm seeking XX per hour based on cost of living.
Caller: Laughing out-loud (as if I care)
Caller: We can only give you 22.00 per hour and you are paid very well.
JP: My turn to laugh
JP: Thanks but please don't wast my time.

Question: How do you screen these calls? I don't believe DICE gives a hoot and I want to know if DICE was bought out by some large firm, India? in a secret fashion.
